Dive Deeper into your yoga and meditation practices and retreat for 2 days to a beautiful Zen Temple in Kyoto. Learn more about the deeper aspects of yoga, and the practice and importance of meditation and mindfulness practice.

The Retreat will include twice daily yoga/movement practice, and in depth philosophy, meditation & mindfulness classes and practice. There will also be a kirtan mantra practice and an embodied meditative dance class. The retreat includes delicious vegetarian shojin ryori meals, and the opportunity to participate in a temple morning ceremony with the temple abbot.

Nicole has been a meditation and yoga practitioner for over 16 years, and has also received extensive training in both of these areas. Her greatest passion is to introduce students to the ‘true heart’ of yoga through its deeper aspects of philosophy and meditation. And to explore the deeper aspects of the heart through joyous movement in the body, community and discussion, and quiet sitting contemplative practices.

This is a wonderful and precious opportunity to get away from everything, have some quiet reflective time for yourself, and deepen your practice with a supportive community, in a setting where others have been practicing for thousands of years. Retreat Cost: 38 000 Yen
Early Bird Discount Cost: 34 000 Yen (Before January 10th)

Retreat will be in English with Japanese Translation and includes all accommodation, a welcome pack, 6-7 hours daily yoga, philosophy and meditation instruction, daily brunch and dinner, and a special Zen ceremony practice with the Temple Abbot.
