Dive Deeper into your yoga and meditation practices and retreat for 4 days and 3 nights to a beautiful Shingon Buddhist Temple on the Sacred Koya San Mountain.
Retreat will include twice daily yoga and in depth meditation classes, philosophy, kirtan, and meditative dance. It will also include delicious vegetarian food, and the opportunity to sit with the monks in prayer and learn about Shingon Buddhist Practices.
This is a wonderful and precious opportunity to get away from everything, have some quiet reflective time for yourself, and deepen your practice with a supportive community, in a setting where others have been practicing for thousands of years. There will also be some time to explore the surrounding Koya San area. Hope you can join us!

Retreat will be in English with Japanese Translation and includes all accommodation, a welcome pack, 6-7 hours daily yoga and meditation instruction, daily brunch and dinner, a special practice with Temple Monks.
